At 32 Degrees, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 45 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items, with original tags attached, into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
